OUtsourcing

Where we are not able to provide required services ourselves (for example audit or banking

services), we have contacts in these fields locally who are able to provide these services on

an outsourced basis. Outsourcing contracts will be agreed between ESA, the provider and

the client on either an ad hoc basis or on a regularly contracted basis so that the

requirements of the particular solution are met. We will then monitor any work being

carried out to ensure that it is carried out on a timely basis and in accordance with any

outsourcing agreement that has been made.
