We have access to a pool of local “expert” directors in the relevant fields for all types of relevant entities for ES purposes. We can mix and match the experts with the requirements of the company so that ES requirements are met. We can also hold or arrange the holding of local board meetings as required with local directors present and at whatever frequency is appropriate for the size and nature of the company. We can arrange for video conferences so that non resident directors can attend local board meetings where necessary. Should the company decide that it wants to hold board meetings on the BVI and that non resident directors wish to travel to attend these meetings then we can arrange these meetings including local accommodation and travel as required
